수정을 희망하시는 고객께서는 아래 내용을 확인하여 기간 내 접수해 주시기 바랍니다.

[가입자 정보 및 배송지 정보 수정 기간]

2023년 9월 4일 (월) 오후 3시 ~ 2023년 9월 11일 (월) 오후 11시 59분까지

[가입자 정보 및 배송지 정보 수정 방법]

(1) 팬클럽 상품을 구매한 계정으로 로그인을 하신 후 게시판을 통해 신청이 가능합니다.

(2) 본 공지 하단에 게시되어 있는 ‘가입자 정보 수정’ 또는 ‘배송지 정보 수정’ 양식 중

신청자에게 해당하는 내용을 복사하여 ‘FANCLUB’ 게시판에 게시글 작성 후 붙여넣기 하여 사용해 주세요.

(3) 기간 내 정보 수정은 1회만 가능하오니, 수정이 필요한 정보를 정확하게 입력해 주시기 바랍니다.

<신청 양식 - 가입자 정보 수정>

1. 하이라이트샵 ID : 

2. 주문 번호 : (로그인 후 마이페이지에서 확인 가능)

3. 가입자 이름 : (상품 주문자 이름이 아닌, 팬클럽 가입자로 등록한 이름 기재)

4. 수정이 필요한 정보 : (가입자 이름/생년월일/연락처 중 선택)

5. 수정 내용 : (수정할 정보만 기입해 주시기 바랍니다)

<신청 양식 - 배송지 정보 수정>

1. 하이라이트샵 ID : 

2. 주문 번호 : (로그인 후 마이페이지에서 확인 가능)

3. 수정이 필요한 정보 : (수령인 이름/주소/연락처 중 선택)

4. 수정 내용 : (수정할 정보만 기입해 주시기 바랍니다)

[유의사항]

- 팬클럽 가입 시, 이름 또는 생년월일을 잘못 기입하여 수정 희망하는 경우 변경할 내용을 입증할 수 있는

공적 서류를 첨부해 주시기 바랍니다.  (ex. 주민등록증, 운전면허중, 주민등록등본, 여권 사본 등)

- 개명하신 경우, 개명 사실을 확인할 수 있는 서류를 첨부해 주시기 바랍니다.

(ex. 개명확인서, 변경 사항이 포함된 주민등록초본 등)

- 모든 서류를 첨부하실 때, 주민등록번호 뒷자리 등 민감 정보는 가려주시기 바랍니다.

- 그 외 수정 요청에 따른 추가 필요 서류 및 확인 절차가 있을 수 있음을 양해 부탁드립니다.

- 정보는 위 기간 동안에만 수정 가능하오니, 배송 기간 중 이사 계획이 있으신 분께서는

이사와 관련 없이 고정적으로 팬클럽 키트를 받으실 수 있는 주소로 수정해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 정보 수정 관련 문의 사항은 하이라이트 고객센터를 통해 문의주시기 바랍니다.

From 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 4, 2023 ~ to 11:59 p.m. on Monday, September 11, 2023

[How to modify subscriber information and delivery information]

(1) You can apply through the bulletin board after logging in with the account you purchased the fan club product.

(2) Among the 'Modify Subscriber Information' or 'Modify Shipping Information' forms posted at the bottom of this notice

Copy the applicable information to the applicant, fill out the 'FANCLUB' bulletin board, paste it, and use it.

(3) You can only modify the information once within the period, so please enter the information that needs to be modified accurately.

[Application Form - Modifying Subscriber Information]

1. Highlight Shop ID:

2. Order number: (You can check it on My Page after logging in)

3. Subscriber name: (Not the name of the product order, but the name registered as a fan club member)

4. Information that needs to be modified: (Select from subscriber name/birth date/phone number)

5. Modification: (Please fill in only the information to be modified)

[Application Form - Modification of Delivery Information]

1. Highlight Shop ID:

2. Order number: (You can check it on My Page after logging in)

3. Information requiring modification: (Select recipient name/address/phone number)

4. Modification: (Please fill in only the information to be modified)

[Caution]

- When signing up for the fan club, you may enter your name or date of birth incorrectly, and if you wish to correct it, you may prove the details to be changed

Please attach public documents. (ex. resident registration card, driver's license, copy of resident registration, passport copy, etc.)

- If you changed your name, please attach a document to confirm your name.

(ex. Confirmation of change of name, abstract of resident registration including changes, et

- When attaching all documents, please cover sensitive information such as the last digit of your resident registration number.

- Please understand that there may be additional necessary documents and confirmation procedures according to the request for modification.

- The information can only be modified during the above period, so if you plan to move during the delivery period

Please change it to the address where you can receive the fan club kit regularly regardless of moving.
